For all orders the normal despatch time is 2 business days.
On occasions, a chosen fabric may no longer be available from our suppliers. If this occurs, we will replace the fabric with a suitable alternative. It must also be understood that fabric dye lots may vary slightly.
What is Supplex®
The Supplex® trademark assures you that the fabric has met standards for quality. Supplex® is specially engineered to provide the soft, supple touch of cotton with the strength, durability and performance advantages of nylon.
Supplex® is as strong as it is soft, resisting abrasions, punctures and tears. It is also breathable and odour, wind and water resistant. Furthermore Supplex® has compression properties to assist your workout.
When Supplex® does get wet, it dries in a flash. Because of these qualities, Supplex® is used by the finest brands in activewear, swimwear, exercise wear, "extreme" sportswear, and outerwear.
We work with Australia Post and offer two shipping methods - Standard and Express Post. Shipping times vary, please see the Australia Post website to calculate how long a parcel should take to get to your postcode from Berwick, VIC 3806.
Standard International orders are shipped using Airmail in order to offer you the cheapest shipping rate. This method is not trackable, does not require a signature on arrival, and has no insurance.
If you want to be able to trace your package, please select the "Trackable" post, which we use Australia Post's "Pack and Track" method. It offers traceability throughout the shipping process.
If you require Registered, Express Post or insurance on your parcel, please contact us BEFORE you purchase so that we can calculate appropriately.

No refund will be offered for lost packages.
Shipment rates includes packing and handling costs.
Remember you are importing goods and your country may have legislation about custom taxes and import fees. Any customs tax payment required from your local post office or customs is your responsibility. Pink Lemon Dancewear is not and will not be responsible for these additional costs.
Please be sure to ask any questions before buying regarding size etc.
If you are not satisfied with your item when it arrives, please contact us to discuss.
We will either issue a refund (less shipping) or exchange.
Original items must be sent back unworn, unused, and returned to us within 10 days of you receiving the item.
We cannot offer a return on personally designed sets as these were created to exact specification, unless there is a fault in the garment, in which case we will replace the faulty piece. Please choose carefully before you place your order.
